In other store email and whatsapp is rarely they checked this company is different they response fast when i contact them and need some customize with neck part. Anoda surprise it reached me in time 10 days with that customize i asked. Love the design love the customer service rep
I contacted the seller due to the outfit being really long. And she refunded me some of my money to get it altered. I could not return it due to it being custom order for the color I wanted and I was ok with that. I learned to order down a size. I love the outfit will order again. Highly recommend this seller.
They response my email in 1 day i am so worry the color change cant be made but they did it! I think next purchase ill just download whatsapp and send them message since they have whatsapp number , i love the beads its so uniqu and price is good also! Will do the purchase next month for my next event
