This is one of my first buys from Citra. I actuall bought 2 outfits..I took a chance after reading reviews and I was not disappointed at all. Clothes were made to fit and perfect, especially lenght. Will definitely buy again..now I am just spoilt for choice.. :) and also, communication was great and consistent with Citra which I really appreciate.
Exceptional Customer Service! This Seller responded immediately whenever I messaged them. They obliged special requests. When my purchase arrived, it was a bit larger that I needed, but the Seller offered reasonable options to rectify the issue. They were always jovial, accommodating, solution oriented, compassionate, and they also have pride in the construction and packaging their merchandise. I will be ordering from them again!
They response my email in 1 day i am so worry the color change cant be made but they did it! I think next purchase ill just download whatsapp and send them message since they have whatsapp number , i love the beads its so uniqu and price is good also! Will do the purchase next month for my next event
I contacted the seller due to the outfit being really long. And she refunded me some of my money to get it altered. I could not return it due to it being custom order for the color I wanted and I was ok with that. I learned to order down a size. I love the outfit will order again. Highly recommend this seller.
